Bernard Sumner's new band Bad Lieutenant has an album out exclusively on Amazon as a digital download on October 6th for one week only, then on CD, still only on Amazon, from October 13th. Never Cry Another Tear features Phil Cunningham of New Order and Alex James of Blur, along with the drumming skills of Stephen Morris. Jake Evans also provides vocals on the album.The first single 'Sink or Swim' is available as a free download from the bands website.

The Men Who Stare At Goats is a hilarious book by John Ronson, which has been adapted into a star crammed film. If they stick to the essence of the book (which the trailer suggests they have) this should be great. If they've fucked about with it, don't go blaming me...
